About Me

My name is Susanne Stephan. I am a coach, manager, business economist and banker with twenty years experience managing international projects. Since 2018, I’ve been a qualified alternative practitioner, focussing on the health implications of psychological stress on our well-being. I launched my business - Susanne Stephan Consulting - in 2013 and have never looked back. I’m also the proud mother of two kids.

Working with people, in all their diversity, is my primary passion. By encouraging healthy cooperation, I set individuals, companies and teams on the path to success.

As a natural “people person” with a great intuition for building social relations, I can help you to find the right approach. That’s what it is all about - finding the starting point so that we can head towards a common goal. In the direct way. Without detours. With success.

I get straight to the point

I favour an efficient, no-nonsense approach. I don’t work by trial and error, and I won’t drag-out searches for solutions. I’ll quickly adapt to your situation shown and find the right starting point to move your team forwards.

I am a practitioner

I know where you are coming from. With over fifteen years of experience in leading international projects, I understand the difficulties that can arise in complex projects and teams. I’ll identify pragmatic solutions that are feasible and can be implemented to ease your particular situation.

I think outside the box

I combine business management thinking with a high level of social competence. In me you will get the best of both worlds - the clearly decisive manager and the empathetic coach.

I work holistically

I will look at your overall system, including framework conditions, structures, values and management styles. I am interested in the big picture because that’s the best way to ensure sustainable change that grows with your team.

I believe success and health are connected

To find corporate success and maintain healthy employees, you need clear objectives and well thought-out resource allocation. Good health is key for business success and private well-being. It helps in the sprints, but is even more important for the long distance run. That’s why I completed my alternative practitioner examination in psychology and physiology in 2018, in addition to my business management training.
